Platinum Electric: 1-year parts warranty.
Platinum Electric Marine: 5-year parts warranty (valid for land-based applications only, does not cover installations on marine vessels).
Platinum Gas: 1-year parts warranty.

Tungsten Series

Tungsten Series: 1-year parts warranty, with a 7-year warranty on elements.
Tungsten Portable: 1-year parts warranty.

Service and Labor Responsibility

Under this limited warranty, Bromic will provide a replacement heater or part. However, the owner is responsible for all other costs, which may include:
